Life is beautiful, but it can also be incredibly difficult—especially when adjusting to the meaningful and complex role of parenthood. It’s sweet and fulfilling, yet often isolating, messy, chaotic, and downright draining. The demands can feel like an impossible juggling act. As a mother of two young children with my own story of perinatal challenges, I truly get it.
We can’t pour from an empty cup. Nurturing our own well-being isn’t selfish—it’s essential. If therapy feels like just one more thing on your already-full plate, I hear you. But I also know that making space for healing and prioritizing your mental health can help you feel less overwhelmed and more like yourself again.
Sometimes, the hardest part is asking for help. I’m proud of you for being here. We are not meant to navigate this journey alone. I believe every parent deserves to feel empowered and experience peace, connection, and joy in their parenting journey.
I provide a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, grief, postpartum adjustment, or identity shifts, we’ll work together to process your experiences, shift limiting beliefs, and explore practical tools to manage stress, regulate your nervous system, find solutions and restore balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I am also passionate about supporting couples in preparation for the transition to parenthood by offering education, realistic expectations, tools, and solutions to foster connection and shared understanding. I also have several years of experience working with adoptive parents, and I welcome all family structures and parenting journeys with warmth and respect.
I bring both my clinical expertise and lived experience to this work—because I know how deeply personal and transformative this season can be.

What Brings Me A Sense Of Ease
I feel grounded after doing yoga and find peace whenever I’m near water. Cooking and live music are creative outlets I really enjoy. But I feel the most joy when I’m out in nature with my husband, two children, and our dog.
